What is there to do on a Monday? I've got a week or more until school starts and I still have to buy my supplies, take new pictures for when I renew my passport and a lot of other things. Where's all the fun left in my summer? One of the things I vowed to do this summer was to get back into photography so here you go! And no, I'm not vain. I've been deprived of a good camera for so long. I would've taken pictures of my little sister but she wasn't in the mood. Pooey. Well, I'm hoping to save up to buy filters, reflectors and a new lens because I love to take portraits more than anything else. I'm aiming for a 50mm f/1.8 lens for my next birthday or even Christmas. So far this is just a hobby since I used to take photography as a class in high school. I just loved enhancing photos so much and the darkroom.

Cheers to all of our hoobies! Wishing everyone good luck on their return back to school. As for me, I'm chilling it out for 8 or 9 more days. Booyah. However I do end a week after everyone... lol. Also the answer to my question is Richard Avedon. My love for portrait photography is all thanks to him. Check his work out some time! It's truly marvelous. :)
